By accessing and using BookedRepair ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BookedRepair provides a comprehensive platform for gym equipment repair businesses, including:

  • Professional website creation and hosting
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Review management and automation
  • Online scheduling and booking systems
  • Local advertising campaign management
  • Mobile application access

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

BookedRepair offers multiple subscription plans: Growth Plan ($199/month), Pro Plan ($349/month), and Market Leader Plan ($649/month). Annual billing options are available with a 20% discount.

4.2 Billing and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our fees with 30 days' written notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial expires.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of your business data, and we will not access or use your data except as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BookedRepair and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days' written notice.

9.3 Data Export

Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your data within 30 days of your request.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BookedRepair harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
